Darebee Relay


  • This game follows a standard relay format

  • Divide your class into 4-5 teams. Aim to have at least 3-4 students on one team

  • Choose a workout from Darebee

  • The first team members from each team run to the other side of the gym and perform the first exercise indicated on the workout chosen

  • Once they finished their exercise, they run back to their team and tag the second person

  • The second person runs to the other side of the gym and performs the next exercise from the workout

  • This continues on until all exercises have been performed

Further levels

  • Choose another workout from the Darebee database

  • Use the different levels indicated in the Darebee workout

  • Change the locomotion skills to more advanced movements, such as galloping, skipping, or bear crawls
