The Grade 3-5 Health and Fitness Process Journal introduces elementary students to three essential fitness components: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and flexibility. This journal is best used alongside the Health and Fitness PowerPoint available in our store. It empowers students to select exercises based on their initial fitness test results, giving them the opportunity to take control of their learning while improving their fitness. At the conclusion of four training sessions, students will do the fitness tests again to determine progress levels.
